Service Description
The Love My Neighbor CNA Training Program is a state-approved, hands-on program designed to prepare students for success in today’s healthcare environment. Our training includes classroom instruction, skills lab practice, and real clinical experience at a partner facility. We offer small class sizes, personalized instruction, and job placement opportunities with Love My Neighbor Home Care and Staffing and our partner facilities. Graduates are prepared to sit for the Wisconsin CNA state exam and begin their healthcare careers with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable, may be offered one reschedule at the sole discretion of Love My Neighbor. • No-shows will not receive a refund or rescheduling option. 2. Rescheduling Policy • Students may reschedule once without penalty if they provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled class. • Any additional rescheduling requests may incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 3. Instructor Cancellations • If the class is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class at no additional cost. • In case of weather-related cancellations, the class will be rescheduled, and students will be notified as soon as possible of new class dates. Love My Neighbor reserves the right to modify class schedules and policies as needed to ensure program quality and compliance.
